Principal

Robert McFadden is the Founder and Principal of Brighton Park Advisors. With over $40B in CRE underwritten, Robert has built relationships across the industry with banks, brokers, rating agencies, and sponsors. A veteran naval officer and Yale College/Yale SOM alum, Robert brings his engineering mindset to every task and seeks both accuracy and efficiency in all his work. While a Vice President at Barclays, Robert closed over $6B in CRE debt and built his group’s underwriting and rating agency models. He is Argus certified.
